Our Advisors
Our Advisors
Advice is only as valuable as the experience behind it.
The Advisory Bar brings together experience from legal practice, executive governance, organisational leadership and business operations.
Having worked both within organisations and alongside them, our advisors understand that important decisions rarely fit neatly into one discipline. They often require legal judgement, commercial awareness, sound governance and an appreciation for how organisations actually function.
That perspective shapes every piece of advice we give.

Meet our Founding Directors
Michelle Sibanda
Founding Director
Michelle is a governance, legal and organisational advisor with experience spanning executive governance, legal advisory, organisational development and regulatory compliance.
She serves on governance and leadership structures and works with boards, executives and leadership teams on governance matters, commercial agreements, employment matters, policy development, organisational change, compliance and strategic decision-making. Having worked at different levels within organisations, as well as in an advisory capacity, Michelle brings a practical understanding of how sound governance, legal judgement and operational realities intersect.
A particular strength is her ability to work with people – understanding different perspectives, building trust and navigating difficult or sensitive conversations constructively.
Michelle believes that good advice should not only solve the problem at hand but help prevent the same problem from arising again in the same way.

Vutomi Tsongayinwe
Founding Director
Vutomi is an attorney and legal advisor with experience spanning commercial advisory, dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory matters and employment law.
She works with businesses, organisations and individuals on commercial agreements, legal opinions, policy development and a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience in legal practice gives her an understanding of both advising clients before difficulties arise and dealing with matters once they do.
A particular strength is her ability to get to the heart of a matter quickly. She listens carefully, notices details and dynamics that may not be immediately apparent, and focuses on what is most relevant to the client and the matter at hand.
Vutomi believes that effective legal advice should not only address the immediate matter, but leave the client better placed for what comes next.
